ESG Junior Consultant

32-40 hours
As an ESG junior consultant, you will be part of various client teams and collaborate with experienced colleagues on diverse projects. You will support clients in conducting stakeholder analyses.
What will you be doing?
– Guiding the implementation of sustainability strategies and writing annual reports;
– Assisting with stakeholder analyses for the client;
– Developing new practices and methods (in consultation with the director);
– Supporting the improvement of our approach and services (in consultation with the manager or director);
– Assisting in following up on commercial opportunities with existing and potential clients;
– Supporting current and new colleagues;
– Assisting in tasks such as planning and training.
What are we looking for?
You are passionate about sustainability. An entrepreneurial and customer-focused team player who enjoys learning quickly and extensively. Additionally, we would like to see:
– 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience;
– A relevant academic degree;
– Excellent communication and analytical skills;
– Strong in planning and structuring;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
