ESG Director

32-40 hours
As ESG director, you will inspire entrepreneurs to develop a sustainable course for their company. As part of the management team, you will work closely with affiliated accounting firms and always be open to new commercial opportunities.
What will you be doing?
– Taking responsibility for client assignments;
– Advising on the determination and implementation of sustainability strategies;
– Assisting in the preparation of annual reports in accordance with reporting standards;
– Identifying and realizing commercial opportunities with existing and potential clients;
– Contributing to the improvement of our services;
– Contributing to the improvement of collaboration with accounting firms;
– Mentoring current and new colleagues;
– Responsibility for recruiting new colleagues.
What are we looking for?
You are an experienced and independent advisor passionate about sustainability. You have experience providing strategic advice and know what it takes to embed a sustainability strategy within organizations. Additionally, we would like to see:
– More than 10 years of work experience;
– Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations, as well as leading projects;
– An entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills;
– A relevant academic degree;
– Strong analytical skills;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
– Knowledge of relevant (reporting) standards such as CSRD, GRI, GHG protocol, SBT, CDP, and TCFD. Experience with CO2 footprint or LCA is preferred.
